At Playful Promises USA, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure that all lingerie and swimwear are tried on over your own underwear for hygiene purposes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
